We are doing our utmost to process the cases that have been submitted but not yet opened, in order of their arrival. Visits to the consulting centre in Mariahilferstraße are again possible, but we would ask you to call our hotline briefly before a visit and announce your coming. Such a call has the advantage that we can inform you about necessary documents to take along to make an intervention more effective.
