Reminder: Your opinion about geographic barriers in online shopping

The European Commission published a consultation regarding the topic of Geoblocking in order to gain the opinions of consumers about geographically-based restrictions.

With the consultation about Geoblocking and other forms of such limitations, experiences with non-commercial barriers within the cross-border trade shall be collected.

The questionnaire focuses on those areas where actually unjustified restrictions could exist. At the same time, situations where Geoblocking is justified need to be recognized also as well as every case has to be examined individually.
