Short questionnaire about geoblocking - CLOSED!

Your opinion about geographic barriers in online shopping

Have you ever been unable to buy something because of where you live? Or been re-routed to a local website and charged a higher price based on your country of residence ?

ECC Austria as a part of the ECC-Network is currently running a survey in order to find out what experience consumers have with so-called "geo-blocking" (unequal treatment on grounds of residence or nationality).

Consumers often cannot purchase goods or services online from traders resident in other EU member states or have to pay a significantly higher price due to their place of residence or nationality.

Your experiences are an important contribution

We kindly ask you to take a few minutes to fill in our short questionnaire.

Thank you!
