Deadline for changes

The platform Airbnb has to change its terms & conditions as they don't comply with EU law. In July 2018, the European Commission and the European consumer protection agencies set a deadline for the necessary amendments, which ends today, 31.08.2018.

If Airbnb refuses to act, it will have to face enforcement activities by the EU institutions. Read more in our comprehensive article.
