The European Consumer Centre Germany (ECC) developed a new mobile app. With a few clicks, you will learn everything about your rights after a failed purchase. Based on product, seller and problem, you will get practical tips on how to react and what to request.

Good to know: The app covers legal information of all 30 countries of the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net): Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, UK, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
